| 1. How do I place an order? |
| First click on the medication you would like
to purchase. You will then be taken to our
secure server where you will fill out the online
consultation questionnaire. Once you complete
the questionnaire, you will see a confirmation
page to review your information for accuracy.
You will then click Submit to process your order
online.

| 2. How does an Online Consultation work? |
| Telemedicine or Online consultations are a
new concept in healthcare that utilizes the
Internet to improve patient access to physician
care and needed medications. The patient
completes an online questionnaire prepared by
medical professionals and communicates with the
physician by phone, email and or fax. In
evaluating your request for a prescription, your
physician will require you to fax your medical
history, current physical exam and records to
their office for their review. Telemedicine will
never take the place of traditional medicine,
but rather complements the means for patients to
receive treatment for a limited number of
conditions that, in certain circumstances, may
not fit the traditional medical model. If a
physical examination is necessary and the
patient does not have a current one, the
physician will order one to be performed before
medications can be prescribed and/ or refilled.

| 3. How long will it take to receive my
order/ Check my order status? |
| After a U.S. licensed physician approves
your order, the physician will write the
prescription and send it to the pharmacy where
it will be filled and shipped to you within two
business days via FedEx. You can track your
order online. Once we ship your order, you can
login to Order Status and follow its way to you.
We will notify you only if there is a problem
with your order. All orders are shipped for Two
Day or Next Day delivery.

| 4. What are your shipping rates and
policies? |
| Two day for FREE and Next Day Air for $10.00 is
available. We ship to U.S. addresses only. (No
international orders).
NO P.O. BOXES. We cannot ship to Post Office
Boxes since an adult signature is required on
all packages. We do not process prescription
orders after 12:00pm on Friday for Monday
delivery. If you place an order after 12:00 pm
Eastern Standard Time on Friday, the order will
be reviewed by the physician and be sent to the
pharmacy on Monday for Tuesday delivery. Orders
processed before 12:00pm on Friday, can be
delivered on Saturday for an additional $27.00 ship
fee by calling (if this service available in
your area).

accept returned prescription medications.
